Hey all,
Saying hi from Salmon Arm, BC. I recently got into freediving after a trip to Bali where I took the SSI 1 and 2 courses. Would love to get into spearfishing but it seems super restrictive here. I would be stoked to find someone in the area to show me the ropes. I can exchange sourdough and the promise I won't let BC burndown (I'm a wildfire fighter) :)

Welcome to Deeperblue! How old is your sourdough starter? Some of those things have been around forever.

Thanks Bat Ray,
The starter is 25 years old apparently. I picked it up from a friend, it makes a tasty loaf

I'll bet it does! It would be interesting to try baking sourdough. I've had good luck with my wheat and white breads, but I lived in such a polluted city that I was concerned about establishing a starter there.
