Hi Niall
how did you discover freediving? did you do a course? Welcome to DB!

i found out about freediving while havin a mess about on wikihow and came across an article about it so decided to take a look at it.

Niall all the info is there, some are at the SETT in Gosporth, and some in Vobster Quay. Check out the links and it will tell you.

okay then, but i live far away from there so i would have to plan far ahead and im booked up for all of 2008 with travelling and visits etc.

PS - im not into static apnea and all that stuff i just swim for the fun of it and and can stay at a depth of 15-20 feet for 3 minuites.

hi Niall
Practising static apnea with a buddy can improve your diving performance :) You sound like a busy bloke with a full diary for next year!

2 weeks in michigan, 2 weeks in lanzarotte(will be doing lots of freediving) and a week in st johns in the vale.
