Did a lot of freediving around here mostly long and shallow. now just into snorkelling watching marine life. Like to do pool apneas sessions. And also breathing exercises, like pranayama.

But nothing like a descent in the deep blue.

Welcome, Uca,
Given how much coastline India has and how warm the water is, it's surprising that so few members come from there. Therefore, an especial welcome!

Hi Uca,

I was wondering if you can give me some tips on freediving in India, mostly east coast and likely Goa, where i plan to spend the last days of this year!

thanks a big bunch

Very Welcome, Pranayama was introduced by the legendary Jacques Mayol in order to improve freediving performances.. is this approach common among your freedivers/spearfishers colleagues in India?
