I've been freediving in one way or another for well over a decade, (as a young competitive swimmer my coach couldn't get me off the bottom of the pool)!
So far, despite freediving around the world and reading freediving books, I've had no formal training.
I've been meaning to get on an AIDA course for a while and just booked flights to Thailand for next month to do my ** and *** at Blue Planet Divers on Koh Lanta. Anyone on here done the courses there or had any experiences with them?
Happy diving!
Joe
