Hi.
I am a completly novice guy, hoping to learn how to freedive. I am from Sweden, Gothenburg on the west coast actually, I live close to the sea and have always had a slight interest in diving and diving deeper but only recently eh very recently this week to be more exact have I acted on it, and decided to practice and get better. And that's how I found this site searching around the net trying to find training techniques and just general information. I really appreciate it and all the knowledgeable people that post here.
Hopefully with your help I'll get better and start doing some real freediving.
