I was just wondering if there are sites, books, movies or any other form of information is should read/view to get a good start? (I just ordered the book "Manual of Freediving: Underwater on a Single Breath" by Umberto Pelizzari, I hope this was a good chose?)

Hi Bill,

Pelizzari's book is very good, but a bit deep for somebody who hasn't started diving yet. I'd try lots of videos. Utube is a great source. Look at "Teds Holdover" Along with all the air gun videos, He has a few vids of freediving with me in the Bahamas, pro quality, instructive and fun.
