I saw that there are several guys in Okinawa and at least one in tottori. Is there anyone in central Honshu? Especially in the fukui area?

I'm really enjoying my spearing experience so far. DB has been a great resource for me such as references for equalization techniques, wetsuit selection, and meeting up with monchan.
