OK, maybe its just me. But most people say something like "how do I run the line for the reel on my Omer gun…"
Maybe they will get a reply telling them to hunt threads before bothering us, but maybe they will just get an answer from someone telling them how to run the line. Why not hope for the best instead of suggesting that you will be flipped off?
It seems sort of negative to suggest up front that people will tell you to do a search instead of just answering your question. If someone tells me that he doesn't think I'll answer his question, then I won't be inclined to disappoint.
I've answered a lot of questions when I thought my answer might be of value, but only when I thought the person actually was looking for an answer.
Anyway, please go ahead an enjoy DP. It has a lot to offer, and I promise to stay out of any other threads that you may initiate.
