Hi Everyone!

Found this forum trying to get info on freediving and spearfishing. Always been pretty active and love being out on the water. I have always wanted to train and learn to freedive.

Any info or suggestions are welcome!
Thanks again!

Hi Tiger! Check out a class where you can get certified and learn the ropes. I was in the same boat as you but had never dove past 15/20 feet. I was always really comfortable in the water, but wasn't sure where to start when it came to getting into freediving. I took an FII Level 1 class, and couldnt' be happier with the results. I now dive comfortably to 66+ feet and can't wait to hone in on my skills and move up to Level 2. You'll learn safety, techniques, and everything you need to know about the gear you'll need. Happy diving!

Hi Amanda!

Thank you!! I'll definitely look into that. Greatly appreciated! Happy diving!
