Hi All

I am Steve and have been a scuba diver for about 3 years and am currently qualified to PADI Rescue with several specialities and need another two to get to MSD. i am still very much into Scuba but have recently booked myself onto an AIDA 2* freediving course. I am currently practicing some breathing exercises ready for when I start the course in a couple of weeks.
Hoping to get lots of info on here to help me further myself as a freediver
