Hi all,

I registered some time ago and didn't post an intro...oops! I took an intro to Freediving course a couple of years ago and went to some pool sessions for a while, however at the time I had many other sports I was taking part in and Freediving kind of took a back seat.

Fast forward to today and I have just come back from a holiday in Cuba where I went snorkling most days and this reignighted my passion!

Will be on here frequently to get my knowledge back and possibly ask a few questions if I can't find the answers elsewhere!

Al the best,
Lewis

Hey Lewis,

welcome to DB. There is a really active group of freedivers in Manchester. Check out our page at Apneists UK - Main Freediving landing page to learn to freedive. We have pool sessions on Sunday in Stockport and Monday in Wright Robinson and have regular depth sessions in quarries and the sea. Contact Steve (apneaboy) for more details. He also does courses and I can only recommend him.

Hope to see you around,
Arno
