Hi,I'm Dada from IrelandI'd love to start training for free diving-any literature/tips for training?I love swimming so something I can practice in the pool for the beginning (relaxing,correct breathing,holding breath techniques, etc.).I would much appreciate any advice!many thanx

You can also browse the site, use the search function, and ask questions. Freediving classes are an excellent idea. You would make great progress while learning valuable safety techniques.
