Hello, I'm a mere novice to freedving - I just returned last week after 7 amazing lessons in Egypt ... I'm hooked .... Is there anywhere in Brighton to learn? I heard maybe the Prince Regent on Thursday is this for novices like me? or will I look a numptie...? I can do 7 metres/fins/weights/2 mins... Happy to pay to learn.... Thanks so much
