hello folk;

have really learned a lot just reading the threads posted here. Have been working in Nepal for the last year, which isn't really the best place for wet training, what with the lack of an ocean and all. Am working on dry statics at the moment, and working my way slowly past 3, but don't really know what i'm doing. Just looking for a way to push myself I guess; Great to find this forum though-- so many interesting folks!

HI to you way up there in Nepal.. how do you find it breathing in such high altitude?

Hi there;

I'm only at 1500m, so it's not so different that at home in BC, but there was a little initial reduction in my hold times. More than anything it's a way to pass the time on long drives in the office car. You're in the Desert?!
