Hi guys and girls of the underwater world, I live in good old New Zealand and have only just started to get back into snorkelling, I have done a wee bit of recreational diving but prefer to just get wet with my snorkel and fins. I hope to get out to some of the more tropical sites around the world but at the moment I am content to explore the local waters. I am also looking to get into a bit of spearfishing and have already learnt quite a bit from this site. Anywayz I hope that everyone out there has a merry christmas and a happy new year.:friday

Welcome to DB mate. I loved New Zealand, was there on a short time but thought it was awesome.

Its not all about going deep, good to have you here and hope you can also post some pics from NZ waters.
