I just knew that someday I would find a practical use for all this apnea training, something the whole world could use, something life changing, something that would make me famous, something. . . . . Well, you get the idea.

Something turned out to be a cure for hiccups. I truly hate hiccups. For me they are excruciating and I'll do almost anything to stop an attack. Been that way ever since I can remember. My next door neighbor's mother taught me a cure when I was about 10, seal your ears, seal your nose and drink water. Weird and hard to do, but effective for most people. There is a better way.

Apnea has brought the solution, easy, effective, quick. You just need to be able to resist a few contractions. Here's how.

Get comfortable, sitting up. Exhale all the way, forced exhale, empty. Hold till you can't hold anymore. Start breathing again with small breaths, be very calm for a few minutes. VIOLA, no more hiccups.

Now for the common cold.

Anybody suggest how I can make some money on this???

Connor

Write a pocket book: how to stop hiccups.

Fill it in with the Davis Technique and any other tips (glass of water, spoon of sugar and any other empyric technique known on earth) but keep your focus on demonstrating how the Davis Technique is the best of them all.

Find a publisher, sell a shedload of books, make money, use it to fund any "save the rain forest" campaign...

Might not work for everyone... Exhale statics are one of the few things that actually give me hiccups!

Will, with the greatest respect, you're mixing apples and oranges here: exhale statics is a thing, while the Connor Davis Hiccup Technique (hence referred to as CDHT) is whole another thing, and one long step further than "old" exhale statics.

Anyway don't worry, Will. I've been told by a friend of a friend that the CDHT can solve your problem fixed once and for all.

Buy Connor's book ("CDHT for Dummies"). I strongly recommend!

Best cure for the hic-ups that I’ve ever found is the drive down another glass of whatever gave you them in the first place...:friday:friday
Happy Thanks Giving Connor.:)
