Hi Everybody
Thought I say hi and introduce myself. I've been out of the water for some time now (9 years to be exact!) and am itching to get started again. I'm about to go and book in for my scuba tune up, I'd love to get into free diving but I think I need to work on my fitness levels much much more!! So will be pestering everyone for advice on training, clubs etc!
Anyway I look forward swapping stories/ pictures with you all soon.

Hi bottomscratcher (roflroflrofl) welcome aboard! :)
I am also a London freediver.

Can you guess what i did to honor your arrival?

I would, in my mock humility and ever present grace for verbage, nounage, adjectivage, and prepositionalistic prowess encourage you to give freediving a chance maybe even before you get your fitness up. It is a good exercise anyway to fin around and look. Kind of an incentive too for getting into shape. Less crap to haul around. And in normal diving, your freediving fitness and mental discipline are your back up system anyway.
