:head bad visibility + no other fish (expt small blackfish).... now, how do u cook it?!:martialany recepies?

~~~--> rofl Brooklyn guys! :wave In all seriousness, welcome to the spearfishing community! The thing with all sharks is the flesh contains larger amounts of ammonia, so bleeding out is mandatory.
When we want to eat shark ( preferably a species that is better table fare) if we catch it with rod and reel, we cut the tail off before the fish gets boated, this lets the blood pump out.

Come to Tx. we'll shoot giant gar in the submerged tree tops at Lake Amistad.
