Hi everybody.

Registered a few days ago and im interested in Free diving mainly though i took a very short course in scuba, apreciate any info for beginners about how to get better in holding my breath, best ways to swim under water etc.
thanks again.

Live in Northern Mexico and any info about which places to practice around the Sea of Cortez are welcome too.
