My question on static breathold timing and hearth rate correlation.
Last night I tried following co2 table on an empty stomach lying down.
My resting rate was ~70 and during breatholds first min my hr goes down to 63-65 than after 60 sec it goes up again to 70-80 range . After 2 min mark it starts to decline and during recovery it goes up to 75 and comes back to 65 before breathold again.
On last attempt I tried to push and see how much I can hold and same thing happened
first 90 sec it comes down to 60-65 range
Then shoots up to 75 s
After 2.30 min mark it started to decline again and at 3.40 hr was 53 and spo2 was 83 when I stop.
Does it mean that my diving reflex kicks in 2.30 3 min range ? Is this kind of trend normal ?
When hr shoots up after 90 sec I dont have any contractions . I worked on diaphram flexibility and even at 2.30 I barely feel any pull at all so almost no contractions.
Im having trouble keeping hr low and steady
