I am looking into building a travel polespear.
I heard that ski poles sawed to size and threaded with some bolts and nuts makes a sturdy spear, however all the instructiuons I can find are very un clear.
Has anyone ever done this before, I also have very poor welding skills so welding will have to stay out of the picture. I am also looking to make a paralyzer tip, I know their cheap but it's all about the experience. I'll be shooting fish in 7' vis in freshwater so the usual walleye pike carp. any and all help is apreciated.
Thanks Freshy
