Did anyone else watch this BBC2 programme on Monday night?
Horizon back to it's superb best, and narrated by David Attenborough.
It covers the census being undertaken of the world's oceans, some of the new species discovered and problems being faced, including overfishing, acidification and noise pollution.
Well worth watching if you can.
It can be viewed on BBC iplayer.

I didn't see the special, but I did notice that "ocean acidification" was one of the lecture topics for the upcoming DEMA show.

In this programme David Attenborough says that in his opinion acidification is the greatest threat facing the oceans, and his opinion is not to be taken lightly.
