Hello FreeDivers,

I hope to find the answer in here... i face this problem with my epiglottis it's weak & i can't hold into it specially when i do over 03:00 minutes i start get uncomfortable and start looking for something taste smooth like strepsils or kandi maybe sugar or hot drink there is any training to make it stronger?

plus i want also to master epiglottis & soft palate movements together & seperatly & how can i know which one am opening or closing "am honestly don't know the difference & i feel i move them both together" ?

Anyone can help me with this?:confused:

I think first of all you should search the deeperblue threads by making an "epiglottis" or "soft palate" search on the search button. There are too many threads about these.

You can also read the Frenzel Fattah document or buy Federico Mana's book equalization techniques as these muscles are directly related with equalization movements.

Inflate a balloon and hold it with your mouth inflated, let the air come out through your nostrils rather than suck it down your lungs.. This way you are sure your are moving soft palate indepedently from epiglotis.

read this for instance: http://forums.deeperblue.com/equalisation/86778-frenzel-gurus-2.html
