How do you choose your freediving school?

I a master freediving instructor working through the AIDA system and i am now establishing my own freediving school.
My Question is:
How do you choose your freediving school that you are going to dive with?

Some basic parameters for choosing my freediving school are:

• First and foremost, for me, is experience.
• Class sizes and instructor-to-student ratios.
• Safety through all courses.
