Hey guys! i checked out the tables on this site freediving : CO2/O2 tolerance tables.
But i dont know how to use it or what some of it means.
e.g. what is
Longest ventilation
Shortest Ventilation
Ventilation increment
and so on.

How do you follow the exercise correctly and properly?

Dom.

First try the 'standard tables' where you don't have to worry about intervals yourself. On that website there is a O2#1 and CO2#1 which are the easiest tables.
Ventilation is the time you breath regularly between two breathholds. If you want to customize the table to your liking then you can set the longest ventilation time, shortest ventilation time and the and the increment between times. For a CO2 table you ventilate less and less between breathholds.
Have fun!

OH! Thanks cid!

thats a great help, i quite like the idea of setting my own ventilation times, awesome....thanks!

:)

Hey guys that's my site. I haven't worked on it in a long time and there are probably some bugs. Someday I hope to release version 2!
