How does packing work??

Ive searched the forum for packing.. but I cant find anything on how to do it.. maybe im not looking at the right places..

So if anyone remebers where the packing thread is please.. post it here...

And next quesiton..

How will packing improve your time...?? 10sec.. 30sec..

Eureka! I have been doing what I thought was packing for months now, every morning and every night. Then I read the instructions from EFattah, and it said (paraphrasing): "make sure you are not swallowing the air into your stomache." I realized that is exactly what I was doing. And I wondered why it took me so long to pack, because I had to engage my swallow reflex at the end of each pack, like I was drinking water. Once I realized how to pack properly, I felt the stretch in my lungs like everyone talks about. What a difference.
