Good morning....
well i`d like to ask you again something! I am still working on my diploma and can you tell me how much the diving reflex increases in 6 month of training - i will be once or twice in the water per week?
my problem is that i should observe something that really shows some effort - because if it only changes a very little bit, i don`t have results to present, i wont have a grade and i have to do it again....

greets mat

Unfortunately Matt, from what I understand the diving reflex is largely due to the individual. But if you are just talking about holding your breath longer, then the results will be very pronounced. I started about two months ago and have had about a 300% increase in breath hold time.
Just my thoughts...
