How long after doing a CO2 table should I wait before:
1- going for a dive?
2- trying a personal best dry hold?
3- doing another CO2 table?
Also, trying to get better fast, so wondering how frequent I can do CO2 tables, without starting to waste my time (from diminishing benefits)? Or if there's any harms of overtraining with them (what harms, and how much it takes to reach a risky level)?
