So I was working tonight, I had a few pints of coke while at the bar, when I finished I had a burger with some fries and another coke. Generaly my diet has been pretty bad lately, as is my sleep. But I still tried to see how my static time is, I haven't tried at all for around 9 months time but after a few minutes of relaxing breathing, I managed to do 3m 10s. I usually do 3m 30s, so I was surprised to see that I am only 20s away from my pb, even with no training, crap diet, bad sleeping, no exercise, etc.

So considering 3m 10s is my static in the worst case, how much could I improve this? Is 4min realistic? I have never had any samba/hypoxia/blackouts either, I generally don't push it much since, whenever I dive I am alone with no buddies.

Any thoughs on this? I am going to give my dynamic a go at the pool tomorrow (well, later on today I guess) and see how that goes, I just don't understand how I can still have relatively good times (for me anyway) after such a "bad" living.
