We all know that being superhydraded is super important in our ventrues as a freediver. So how much water do you drink? Normal days, training days, before comp, etc.
I ususally put back 2 to 3 liters a day.

Work days 3 to 4 liters
Training days 3 to 4 liters
Comp/Performance days 3 liters + watered down Powerade

all year around around 3.5l a day, competition a bit less but then some energy drinks.

I drink around 6 liters a day, not just plain water, but water with some lemon in it, otherwise it just runs through my system. Back in my powerlifting days, when I was on a very high protein dieet, I did drink 1 liter every hour that I was awake, so around 16 liters, but maybe that was a little bit to much. :duh Try guessing how many times I had to walk to the small room... rofl

BTW I'm twice the size of Pim, so I think it turns out pretty okay now...
