how much weight?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
i have a 5 mm eliossub suit and around 76kg and with 5 kg i'm neutral at approx 10m with no packing.with 4kg neutraly buoyant at 13-15m without/with packing. i use 5kg for dynamics at 5-8m (i don't have a pool).
it depends also on how much air you inhale. but being weighted so you are positively buoyant from 10m up is a good idea.
