How much weight?

Hi, just tested my new suit, but I clearly had way to little weight on.. I was floating like a cork.

The suit is 7 mm and i had 5.4 kgs on me. im about 172 cm and weigh just around 76 kgs give or take.

Im im thinking about adding 4 kgs more. How much weight do you guys use?

Most commonly, for constant weight freediving you should use weight to achieve a neutral floatability at 10m depth. If you going to dive deeper than 40m the neutral floatability should be achieved at about 15m depth.
