I am 16 years old boy but I have been free diving seriously for 3 years.
My static record is +5:00 and my depth record is 40m with mono-fin.
In the lest months I was diving only FRC (18m) and I love it.
And I have some gouls goals about frre diving so I am very serious about it.

I have a compatition in a few months I would like to disscuss with you about how my trainig program should look like.

I have now tow options of trainig of wich I am aware of:

1) FRC dynamic trainig in wich I do static until I get the first urge to breathe and than I start the doing the dynamic-it's developing the slow twist much as I know.

2) Or the other way, the inensive training of swimming a lot of static anpea walk and so on...

Which is better for the Compatition and for the long term and based on my age and state?
Can I combine both the techniques?
If so, in what order?

Can you expose me to another ways of training?
