Hi I am on a road trip and will be passing through galicia where I would like to spear fish from shore. I have the gear required. Please could someone explain to me in how I can get a license? I have seen old posts that say things like get a medical form from a tobacco shop?! It all seems a bit confusing but I am sure it isn't in reality! Thanks!
