how to do btu equalizing

can someone pls explain to me how btu equalizing is done

Sorry smithy, but there is no universal way to do btv. It varies with the individual. Some lucky people just knew how to move the muscles around the valves since they were born. Lots of other divers figure out their own route. Use the search function for btv or hands free equalization or similar and you will find a weath of info on how various people achieved btv.
