Hi all!

We're interested in understanding what our community wants in the next generation of DeeperBlue.com. We're interesting in any thoughts people have in what they'd like to see on the forums - improvements, changes, new features, pretty much anything...

We want everyone to try and contribute to this thread - this is your opportunity to make your voice heard!

Look forward to hearing your ideas...

Not sure if its possible but it would be cool to see the usual post count, location, join date etc that you can see on the normal forum shown when using tapatalk aswell. Perhaps also the signatures.

Edit: i think i remember it being that way... I have only been using tapatalk lately so im not sure.

I'd like to have a per post voting system. There was the like button already which was ok. But it was bit too prominent imho. The actual implementation can be discussed, as e.g.
# anonymous voting?
# star based rating or +/- voting or only +
# tied to rep?

Why? I wrote it in the rep thread by Antoine, the rep system is basically attention whoring. Whereas with a per post voting system, it would be easier to identify good posts regardless of whether they are in a technical or fun thread.

Nice to see this thread has turned serious
