how to load a band powered speargun

if i remember correctly (my memory is messed up at the moment- i have to memorize the names of all these different girls that i fool around with, business theorems and math formulas, and names of fish) :duh but anyways i remember somebody was debating the best way to load a speargun. and here is a link that i found that i thought might be usefull.
