The brand is "Balco" (or more accurately these days Eurobal Diving Co.):
They make "Sprint", "Dynamic" and "Hydrodyn" model fins. I have a pair of Balco Sprint fins and I love snorkelling with them because they are so comfortable. Here is a picture of a pair of "Hydrodyn" fins:
There seem to be several Greek online retailers where these fins can be purchased:
