Hello divers!
Regarding CO2 training and hyperventilation, its been written everywhere how its dangerous to get in hypocapnic state and the possibility of blackout exists. But what about too much CO2 in the blood/body?
Is it dangerous or not advisable to do CO2 tables often and push yourself really hard?
Thanks
