Well, this may sound like a silly (=obvious) question,
but are there any physiological adaptations
from hypoxic training?
I feel like my body is responding well to hypercapnic
training (up to contractions) but my mind tires of
hypoxic training ("struggle phase" training)
Does hypoxic training makes any sense??
Or is it all about breaking down psychological (SP?)
barriers?
What are the physiological changes (if any) in both types of training? (hypoxic and hypercapnic, both dynamic and static)
