Hypocapnic Blackout...

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
1. Why is high CO2 the limiting factor to Dynamics (Alanc post)

Co2 is what gives your body the urge to breathe and at my current level of ability (1:30-1:40) i think high levels of Co2 is limiting me before i get low on oxygen. Obviously the higher a Co2 tolerance you can build and/or the more you can purge you would eventually meet you O2 limit.

That doesn't seem to make sense to me... Is it a typo? (Vasoconstricting instead of vasodilating?)

Either way, what sort of food are vasodilating? (Or vasoconstricting?)
