I managed to pull off a 4 minute static dive recently, and my Dynamic can now range from 1:30 to 2:30 depending on my heart-rate/flow. I am a happy swimmer! Just thought I'd share my excitement.

Good for you!

I must admit that those increasing numbers can be very addictive!

I might need to slow down now and build tolerance or improve my vent cycle, cause I am starting to feel tingly/fuzzy at this point....

have you done a depth test? How deep can you go comftorably in a lake or ocean? Or are you stuck with a pool/ murcky/shallow water

In a pool I ca go max whatever it is. Outside, in Mexico for example I think the deepest I went was 30 feet. Cannot yet tell. I need a dive computer...

I just bought Casio SPF 60 for 163$ delivered to Blaine WA. Brand new, but dead battery. Still not cheap. On ebay there are sometimes used ones, same Casio sfp60 was sold for like 54$ about two month ago. Also quite a few times there were cheaper used dive computers, like Uwatec Aladin for around 50$. Trouble with those it is hard to replace battery, still doable but somewhat involved. And then finally (my favorite) home-made capillary depth gauge. Haven't tried but its on my list of things to do.
