I trained like every Wednesday at noon today...

In particular I did apnea surface swimming with no fins, and I enjoyed it most !

With 2 kg around my neck I cannot manage to be neutral... even at 3.30 m I remain sligtly positively buoyant...

I did then surface DNF ; it allowed me to enjoy the glide... and I was able to do 3 strokes in a 25 m...

Afterwards I ran to the sports shop to buy an additional pair of ankle weights to tie around my neck... but there weren't any more !

Let's be patient...

I also tried different paces with DNF underwater... quicker and slower...

It is not obvious to me that doing the minimum strokes is optimal for the DNF...

What do you think ?

As a non native English speaker, I must have missed something... I can guess that "stroke" and "glide" might refer to activities far away from recreational freediving :girlie , mightn't they ??
