So, I get this pressure in my sinuses sometimes when I dive. I know how to clear my ears when I go down.
My question is, how to clear or a technique that will help with my sinus problem. The thing is I can dive some days 50ft/15m and have no problems at all. Then yesterday, I dove 15-20ft/5m or so can got this pressure in my sinuses. This has happen before diving 45ft/15m then went away. Then my nose bleeds after in the shower ( My nose has been broke before so I don't know if this is a playing factor). I can blow my nose sometimes and get a new bleed so maybe I have a sinus problem? Don't know. I'm hoping this won't be a on going problem. I want to go deeper and enjoy this sport more.

Thanks to anyone for help.

Ian
