Ignoring threads

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Is there a way to ignore some threads and/or entire forums? There are several high traffic threads (and whole forums) that I am not interested in at all, and they just flood my New Posts folder (especially when I am away for a while), making it unnecessarily long and cumbersome to check what's new.

I see that there is a feature for blocking users (that I did not need to use at DB), but blocking forums and threads would be much more interesting and very welcome. If there is such function available, please let me know. If not, it could be excellent if it could be added with a help of a plugin module or through a feature request to eBulletin.

Thanks,

Yes, I know that, but it is not of a big help. I do not like browsing through all the forums - the structure is far too wide and deep for doing that - it takes ages to look at all unread posts. As I wrote, I use the "New Posts" menu function to show all thread with new posts since my last visit, and the unwanted forums and threads clutter the list even if you hide them in the main forum view.
