Well All - I just arrived back home after 5 days in Long Beach from The Performance Freedive Clinic that was held there.

Highlights - I went from doing 35 feet and panicking to comfortably doing 74 feet constant and 87 feet Variable ballast, which were both personal bests.

Static apnea went from barely doing 2 minutes to comfortably doing 3 minutes 15 seconds.

We had awesome conditions at Catalina Island where we did our target dives.

I could say more but I want to leave it for my article I am in the process of working on. There will be great photo's to go with it as well, so stay tuned!

Hello,
Thanks are due to you for your work with Deeper Blue and the flotsam that has collected around it.
While I look forward to your article about your attendance at the freediving clinic, could you let me in on the contact number(s) so I can see about enrolling myself?

Regards,

sven

Cliff, congrats on your new PB's and taking the step to improve your knowledge and ability. You know how much respect I have for Kirk and his methods. Now you get to set new PB's. Isn't it great?
I saw the 2 photo's on another thread...they are fantastic. I think you should post a pack of them somewhere on the site, especially those of us who are landlocked with frozen lakes:( .
Now you'll have to get a 3 or 5mm suit for the summer, and keep your 7mm for the winter, no? I think Roger owes you a break....in fact, I think he should give ALL of us a discount, don't you? Just kidding.
I'm looking forward to your accounts of your training.
Cheers,
Erik Y.
