I'm can't enter any info in F.10 dive log!?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Hello all,
Just downloaded the Aeris software for my F.10 and it seems to work fine except that I can't change or update any info. I'm able to download info from the DC but all of the dropdowns just show "---" and I can't figure out how to enter anything else. Not sure if it's just a setting that i'm missing or a legit software issue.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
