Hi all, so excited to have found this site!

Seems like there are some really smart people on here, so I'm keen to learn.

Current longest breathhold = 3min 59 secs. Yep, couldn't make it to 4!

Deepest dive, 33m, was only down for about 10 secs too, no shots fired!

Anyway, I'm really quite a novice, need to learn how to 'breath up'? etc. Hopefully I can find the relevant advice columns.

Once again, greetings to all!

Nice to be here.

Welcome!
Search the freediving section, of please feel free to ask any question.

Hi spaghetti!
Thanks, just read the breathing up post in the beginner section, sounds good, pretty similar to what i've been doing all along I guess. I found out the hard way that hyperventilation doesn't work too well.
Cheers!
