I'm looking for a old thread about a video rig on a float

A couple of years back i came across a thread about a guy whom made is own float with a fanzy video rig on.
When he was on the surface it would film him on the surface, when he was on the bottom it would hover above him and film him and his surroundings, it was a very fanzy setup.

But now i cant find the thread, anybody knows the thread i'm talking about.?
