Help! I am 16 of average build and the only resources i have as far as water goes is a standard 6ft deep 25yrd pool. Right now i am only interested in dry static apnea and dynamic apnea without fins. My best dry static time is 2:15 and dynamic apnea w/o fins is 2 pool lengths. I need pointers on how to increase my times. I am fairly cautious as i don't want to blackout. By the way wat is samba and can u get it doing dry statics. Wat breathing technique should i use before doing dry statics and dynamic no fins. I have heard about hyperventilating. after u r done is there a certain way to release and breath in fresh air or do u just gulp it down. wat is packing? if i were interested in packing how would i do that? well, please get back to me.
